Justin is a 27 year old science teacher at Columbia Options Alternative High School in Clarklake, Michigan. Justin also coaches football and track for the Columbia School District. His football coaching duties are as the Junior Varsity Offensive Coordinator, and his track duties are as the Middle School Boys Coach. In addtition to his school related duties, Justin works part-time as an Independent Right of Way Specialist for MARTEC Land Services. Justin is a graduate of Central Michigan University, where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Secondary Education, with an Earth Science major and a Biology minor. Justin's hobbies include snow skiing, snowmobiling, golfing, boating, scuba diving, and traveling.

Tim is Justin's father and works as an Independent Landman. Tim raced both regionally and nationally in the Sports Car Club of American (SCCA), where he competed in the G-Production class. Tim has recorded numerous regional and national victories, and has finished as high as 5th at the National Championship Valvoline Runoffs. Even though Tim is an excellent Spotter, he is eager to get back behind the wheel in the near future.

R.J. is a 27 year old ASE Certified Mechanic at Midas Repair in Jackson, Michigan. R.J. is a soon to be husband (August of 2007) and the proud father of a young daughter named Emily. R.J. and Justin played High School Varsity Football together, where R.J. (Left Guard) protected Justin's (Quarterback) blindside.

Ron is a 25 year old ASE Certified Master Automobile Repair Technician, Undercar Specialist, Parts Specialist, and Service Consultant. Ron received a Bachelors Degree in Automotive & Heavy Equipment Management from Ferris State University and an Associates Degree in Automotive Repair Technology from Jackson Community College. Ron is currently employed as Service Manager for Brooklyn Parts Plus in Brooklyn, Michigan. During the summer of 2005, Ron hiked the entire 2,000+ mile length of the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine.
