With rear end issues and having to borrow a transmission, the odds were certainly stacked against the Claucherty Racing Team even before they arrived at the track. After arriving late to the Flat Rock Speedway, just in time for qualifying, Justin was still able to post the 7th fastest lap of the 30 cars attempting to qualify for the event. After 100 hard fought laps with the best outlaw late model cars and drivers anywhere, Justin was able to bring home a respectable 6th place finish at the premier event. The team is looking forward to going back to the Flat Rock Speedway in July, and hopefully improving on their finish position, by having some practice time to tune on the car.
